Violation may result in immediate suspension.

-> DLT rejections or template/ID approval failures

Our services depend on external platforms like WhatsApp, Meta, Telecom Operators, SMTP networks, etc. We do not control and are not liable for any changes, downtime, or restrictions imposed by these services.

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if:

  • -> Payment is pending
  • -> Spam or unsolicited messaging is reported

No refunds will be issued upon termination.
